Justin Connor, MSW, SWLC
Pre-licensed therapist
Justin is a SWLC with extensive experience working with women and men, helping them navigate life's challenges, overcome hurdles, and nurture relationships. You never know when you might have a breakthrough moment. My interest lies in addressing anxiety, self-esteem, perinatal mood issues, and life transitions. I am here to be a part of your support system and guide you through the change process. There may be many uncertainties and obstacles during this stage of your life. Your individual experiences shape you, and I believe that is a beautiful thing.
Let's work together to discover your "why" and set goals for positive changes in your life. Take the time to prioritize self-care and learn to set healthy boundaries. Together, we can establish goals to bring about positive changes in your life. Remember, you are not alone; we will work together to help you start feeling better. I utilize EMDR, ACT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Ashling Bowen, MS, PCLC

Ashling is a mental health therapist who works with trauma and C-PTSD, grief, attachment wounds, and the aftermath of interpersonal violence. She's especially drawn to clients navigating crisis or acute distress, as well as survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, trafficking, and stalking, and has also worked extensively with adolescents, families, and older adults. Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, drawing on CBT, DBT, somatic practices, and ACT alongside crisis intervention and stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and individual, group, and family-based counseling. She believes strongly in meeting each client where they are and collaborating with them to define what healing and growth look like on their own terms. Her clinical background is paired with a commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care and ongoing training in trauma-focused practice. Above all, she's passionate about walking alongside clients through some of their hardest moments and helping them reconnect with their own sense of safety and resilience.
Jenn Jovin, MSW. LCSW
Licensed Therapist/ Independent Clinical Provider
Therapy can be a place to slow down, sort through what feels overwhelming, and gain clarity about what comes next. I work with college students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, relationships, career decisions, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Using Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for change.
As a military veteran, I also understand the unique experiences of military life, career transitions, and finding a new sense of direction after service. My goal is for therapy to feel genuine, supportive, and purposeful—leaving you with insight and tools you can carry into everyday life.
